In this session, a simple but highly effective personality tool will help attendees identify the key success factors essential to specific jobs and the people with the highest natural abilities to meet them.

3. Know when to try reassignment as a method for bringing out a superstar that is not properly placed
4. Identify the essential characteristics that personify superstar performance
5. Understand the motivational environment necessary to retain the superstar team
