In Search of the Maximum Me Dale Lind Maximizing personal productivity begins with a detailed understanding of individual strengths and weaknesses. The program begins with a brief but highly effective self-scoring personality analysis. From this analysis, natural strengths, preferences and yes, weaknesses are identified. Discussion then moves to how the individual interacts with others, leadership style and approach to team work. A key premise is that while it is possible to learn a wide variety of skills, people tend to do their best and have the most fun and job satisfaction when they are able to work as close as possible within their natural personality based strengths and weaknesses.
