Excel in Challenging Times: How to Plan Your Success Dale Lind “The only constant in life is change.” Much of that change comes in the form of difficult challenges that are often not fun. The number of times you fall is not nearly as important as the number of times and the style with which you pick yourself up. This presentation focuses on five essential strategies for turning challenges into opportunities. It begins with a focus on possibilities. It is just as likely that you will succeed as it is that you will fail. Once you believe you can succeed, you can evaluate and empower the people on your team. Together, do an honest assessment of your situation remembering to note the positives as well as the negatives. Use this information to develop a plan and build in enough flexibility to alter course as needed. Finally, allocate some time for regular energy rebuilding breaks.
