There are a colossal number of motivational speakers, however motivation alone rarely works. A sense of well being is essential in staying motivated. How motivated we are will determine how hard we work, our driving force and our sense of well being. This program addresses how we take care of ourselves in order to take care of others. You will be given applicable tools that contribute to a healthier lifestyle resulting in increased motivation and the incentive to be responsible for making informed choices for a healthy lifestyle.

OBJECTIVES:

At the completion of this program the attendees will be able to:
  1. Understand key indicators of well being and implement strategies to improve a healthy lifestyle including behavior, attitude and nutrition.
  2. Identify behaviors that can maximize the ability to manage stress and decrease health problems related to stress.
  3. Develop check lists to assess performance, attitude and areas of improvement.
  4. Receive tools on how well you take care of yourself mind, body and spirit.
This program can be personalized for employee wellness programs in addition to senior communities.
