I do want to say thank you for always taking special time to go through our reports and highlight our wins. Sometimes when you are too close to a painful situation, it is hard to see the progress being made. We were slow to start but, looking back, we can definitely see that the process changes are making a difference! We are excited to start round #2 and continuing to solid up our processes as we implement them throughout Fall River Health Services.
