With over 21 years of experience in the healthcare field, Kathy coordinates national speaking engagements, and acts as the primary liaison for all Maun-Lemke clients. Kathy also facilitates partnerships with professional Associations and facilities across the country, helping to provide healthcare organizations with valuable employee solutions. Her vast knowledge in the consulting field has led to the creation of numerous results-oriented healthcare programs.

A well-seasoned public speaker, Kathy presents dynamic customer service training to clients nationwide. Her service and dedication helps Maun-Lemke, LLC fulfill its key vision: providing healthcare organizations with quality enhancement and effective self-development programs.

Before entering the healthcare field, Kathy worked in the corporate arena as a Marketing Director for a Fortune 500 company.

Kathy is a graduate of the University of Nebraska, Omaha. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech and Journalism.
